Privacy Policy
Intent is built to keep as little about you as possible: there are no profiles, and plans are deleted soon after they end. This page explains what we store, for how long, and who processes it.
What we store
- Sign-in. Depending on how you sign in: your Telegram user ID and username, your email address, or your Google account ID and email. We use them only to sign you in and to send you notifications you asked for.
- Display name you choose for shared rooms (first name only).
- Plans (intents) you publish: the text, time window, format (in person / online), details you or your assistant added, the brief for your representative (an open part and a private part), group size and, if relevant, area, travel time and chosen places.
- Approximate location — only if you turn it on in the app. It is rounded to about 1 km on our server and stored only as the meeting point of a specific plan.
- Conversations between representatives about your plan, and the reasons for a match.
- Your chats with the assistant in the app and the memory notes it keeps about you. You can see, edit and delete every note.
- Messages in shared rooms that open after everyone agrees to meet.
- Push subscription of your device, if you turn on notifications.
- Anonymous counters (e.g. how many matches happened) that contain no personal data.
How long we keep it
- A plan, its brief and the representatives' conversations are deleted automatically 24 hours after the plan's time window ends (14 days at most).
- Rooms and their messages are deleted 3 days after the plan's time window ends.
- Assistant chats and memory notes stay until you delete them in the app.
- Sign-in codes and sessions expire on their own; expired ones are removed.
Who sees what
- Other people's representatives see only your plan and the open part of your brief. The private part is used only for your representative's decision and is never shown to anyone.
- If a match isn't mutual, nobody learns about it.
- People in your room see your display name and your messages — not your email, phone or Telegram.
- A plan appears in the public feed on our website only if you choose to make it public — and then only its text, without your name or brief.
Who processes the data
- AI model providers (DeepSeek, Anthropic) process the texts of plans, briefs and assistant chats to run the assistant and representatives.
- Railway hosts our server and database; Vercel hosts the website.
- Telegram, Google and Resend (email delivery) are used for sign-in and notifications, if you choose them.
- Browser push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla) deliver notifications to your device.
We don't sell data, don't show ads and don't use your data to train models.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile identifier and email address (openid, email). We use them solely to sign you in to Intent; we don't access any other Google data and don't share it with third parties. Intent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
- Delete a plan, an assistant chat or a memory note at any time in the app; leave a room or report someone in it.
- Turn location and notifications on or off at any time.
- To delete your account and everything linked to it, write to us — we'll do it within 30 days.

Intent устроен так, чтобы хранить о тебе как можно меньше: профилей нет, а планы удаляются вскоре после окончания. Здесь — что мы храним, сколько и кто это обрабатывает.
Что мы храним
- Данные входа. В зависимости от способа входа: ID и ник в Telegram, адрес почты или ID и почта аккаунта Google. Они нужны только для входа и уведомлений, которые ты включил.
- Имя для комнат, которое ты выбираешь сам (только имя).
- Планы (намерения): текст, окно времени, формат (вживую / онлайн), детали, которые добавил ты или ассистент, бриф для представителя (открытая и закрытая часть), размер группы и, если важно, район, время в пути и выбранные места.
- Примерное местоположение — только если ты включил его в приложении. Сервер округляет его до ~1 км и сохраняет только как точку конкретного плана.
- Разговоры представителей по твоему плану и обоснование совпадения.
- Переписка с ассистентом в приложении и заметки памяти о тебе. Каждую заметку можно посмотреть, изменить и удалить.
- Сообщения в общих комнатах, которые открываются после взаимного согласия.
- Push-подписка устройства, если ты включил уведомления.
- Анонимные счётчики (например, сколько было совпадений) без персональных данных.
Сколько храним
- План, бриф и разговоры представителей удаляются автоматически через сутки после конца окна времени (не позже чем через 14 дней).
- Комнаты и сообщения в них удаляются через 3 дня после конца окна времени плана.
- Переписка с ассистентом и заметки памяти хранятся, пока ты их не удалишь.
- Коды входа и сессии истекают сами, просроченные удаляются.
Кто что видит
- Представители других людей видят только твой план и открытую часть брифа. Закрытая часть используется только для решения твоего представителя и никому не показывается.
- Если совпадение не взаимное, об этом никто не узнаёт.
- Участники комнаты видят твоё имя и сообщения — не почту, телефон или Telegram.
- В публичной ленте на сайте план появляется, только если ты сам сделал его публичным, — и только текст, без имени и брифа.
Кто обрабатывает данные
- Провайдеры AI-моделей (DeepSeek, Anthropic) обрабатывают тексты планов, брифов и переписки с ассистентом, чтобы работали ассистент и представители.
- Railway — хостинг сервера и базы данных; Vercel — хостинг сайта.
- Telegram, Google и Resend (отправка писем) — для входа и уведомлений, если ты их выбрал.
- Push-сервисы браузеров (Apple, Google, Mozilla) доставляют уведомления на устройство.
Мы не продаём данные, не показываем рекламу и не обучаем на них модели.
Данные Google
При входе через Google мы запрашиваем только идентификатор аккаунта и адрес почты (openid, email) и используем их только для входа в Intent. К другим данным Google доступа нет, третьим лицам мы их не передаём. Использование данных, полученных через Google API, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
Что ты можешь сделать
- В любой момент удалить план, переписку с ассистентом или заметку памяти в приложении; выйти из комнаты или пожаловаться на участника.
- Включать и выключать геолокацию и уведомления.
- Чтобы удалить аккаунт и всё, что с ним связано, напиши нам — сделаем в течение 30 дней.
